Is there free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available with a minimum order and is automatically selected at checkout.
Please note that courier companies do not operate on weekends, and most parcels arrive within 3 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently offer free shipping within West Malaysia only.
For orders outside Malaysia, shipping fees will apply. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in international shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Direct Bank Transfer (Maybank) and DuitNow and Google Pay (credit card).
Payment details will be provided during checkout.
We have successfully fulfilled hundreds of orders quickly and efficiently—thank you for your trust!

What is the shelf life or expiry date?

Every consumable product will have it’s expiry listed in the product page’s Attributes tab.

How can I track my parcel?

A trackable link will be provided once the order has been expedited.

Terms & Conditions

Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification.
Delivery ETA:
- Within Kuala Lumpur: 2 business days
- Outside Kuala Lumpur: 3 business days
No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays.
Once an order is processed, changes cannot be made.
